Do I need to try Üni Shoes before becoming a member? +
Yes. You need to have tried our shoes and genuinely love them before being considered for membership to The Sole.
Do I need a social media following? +
Nope. This is not an influencer program. You don't need Instagram, TikTok, or any following whatsoever. We're looking for people who genuinely love the product and want to share it in person with coworkers.
Can I still post and share Üni on social? +
Of course! Although the primary goal is to share at your facility, feel free to share on social media as much as you like.
If accepted, how long do I remain an ambassador? +
Our ambassadors undergo a yearly review. During the review we discuss engagement and motivation to ensure we are still aligned before starting a new year together.
How many ambassadors per hospital? +
Exactly 2 per hospital. We keep it exclusive intentionally — we want ambassadors who feel like the real deal, not a mass promotion. If your hospital is full, join the waitlist and you'll be first in line when a spot opens.
What gear do I receive and how often? +
You'll receive a welcome kit right away, and we'll keep you stocked as new styles and colorways drop. We will also provide an exclusive member discount for any additional gear you would like to rep.
How does the commission work? +
You'll get a personalized discount code to share with coworkers — they save, you earn. Every order placed using your code earns you 10% of the sale, paid out monthly. There's no cap.
Is there a posting requirement? +
No mandatory posting schedule or quota. We might occasionally invite you to share something or give early feedback, but there's no content contract. Your primary "job" is just wearing Üni and sharing with coworkers naturally.
What if my hospital isn't on the map? +
We're expanding rapidly. If your hospital isn't listed yet, apply anyway — select "My Hospital Isn't Listed" in the form or reach out directly at support@wearunis.co and we'll add it.
How long does the review take? +
Our team reviews every application within 1-2 weeks. You'll hear back via the email you provided — either a welcome to the program or an honest "not quite yet" with the door left open.
